How Can I Order from You Online?
You just submit a request for quote and we do the rest. We source the parts, get the best pricing and delivery available, and provide a quote to you. If we are able to meet your needs, simply send us a purchase order.

How do I Request a Quote?
The process is simple:
- Click QUOTE tab (located within the header of the site) and fill out the Request a Quote (RFQ) form.
- Click the "Get a Quote" button to submit your RFQ.
- Your RFQ is delivered directly to a sales executive who determines product availability and pricing based on market supply and demand. You will then receive an email with an attached quote detailed pricing and delivery information shortly thereafter.
What is the cost of your component sourcing service?
There is no cost to utilize our sourcing service.
How long before delivery from the time I place an order?
Suppliers ship directly to our Fulfillment / Quality Control center. In most cases, parts are received in the morning and shipped the same day after passing our quality process.
Inventories from domestic suppliers are usually delivered within three days after we receive your order. International (non-US) suppliers require seven to ten days.
How do I know the parts will be what I order?
Our Quality Assurance team carefully inspects the parts received for quality and accuracy to insure compliance with your order. If any discrepancies are found, the items are quarantined and you are immediately provided with relevant information concerning any possible changes to your delivery date. However, due to our long-term relationships with our suppliers, this is a very infrequent occurrence.
What is the warranty?
Up to 1 year warranty on all goods. All materials are certified to comply with all of the parameters of your purchase order.
How do I pay for the parts?
Initial orders can be paid for with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover), PayPal, COD or Wire Transfer.
For future shipments, speak with your sales executive to find out if you are eligible to receive payment terms.
