Can I submit a file in any format?

We accept various documents in their native and compresse archive formats. Before uploading a file, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

• The file size doesn’t exceed 5 MB
• Compressed archive formats (presented as file name extensions) include: .ZIP, .RAR, .7Z
• Native formats (presented as file name extensions) include: .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV, .TXT
• Archived formats include: .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV, .TXT, .PDF, .RTF, .DOC, .DOCX

I can’t find my file format (file extension) on your list of approved formats. What do I do?

We accept almost all document types. Here is the list of documents you can submit in an archived format: .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV, .TXT, .PDF, .RTF, .DOC, .DOCX.

I have more than one file to upload. What’s the best way of doing it?

Depends on the files you wish to submit.

• If you have one file with parts information and supporting documents, please archive all files into one and upload.
• If you have a few files with parts information, please upload each file separately. .ZIP, .RAR, .7Z
• Native formats may include: .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV, .TXT

I want to upload a text file. How do I format the file?

• Format: (delimited, fixed width, ragged right)
• Text qualifier: Quote ["] or none
• Row Delimiter: [CR] [LF]
• Column Delimiter: Tab [t] , Semicolon [;] , Pipe [|] , Comma [,]

Note: for all column delimiters except Pipe [|] , a Quote ["] text quailifer “ is required.
